Queer Agenda Information

The Queer Agenda is Auckland Pride’s initiative to support queer events outside of Pride Month, aiming to continue the incredible energy of Pride year-round while continuing to support our artists, event-organisers, and wider community.

It’s a platform for event organisers to promote their events from March – December, and create a unified calendar for our community and queer visitors to Auckland to connect and experience the best of what Tāmaki Makaurau has to offer. The Queer Agenda promotes a network of safe spaces and events for our community to enjoy.

Events that submit to The Queer Agenda will get an event listing on the Auckland Pride website, promotion on our social media platforms, and in a monthly ‘what’s on’ email. 

Registrations for the Queer Agenda are now more automatic, submit a complete event to us for review through our Registration Hub and we'll publish it on our website. There is no cost for registering your event on the Queer Agenda, however if you're from a large business or organisation we'd encourage you to donate to support our administration costs.

All events will be reviewed by the Auckland Pride team to ensure they fit with our values.
