Representing intersex people at the united nations, creating and hosting Wānanga Takātapui 2022 discussion on moko, belonging to Hui Takatāpui ki Mataatua, Tū Champman is an advocate and leader for Takatāpui across the Motu and the global stage. Tū was instrumental in the birth of Te Tīmatanga and helped steer the kaupapa enabling it to be what it ultimately became. For Te Tīmatanga Atarangi created a work titled Te Āhuru Mōwai using Aute (Barkcloth), Kōkōwai and Kauri gum - this episode explores her connection to whenua and how she creates her pieces.
